I've started an alt account and getting into the lower level wars. I'm a TH4 with max offense right now. Im curious what the most effective way to kill the enemy cc is?

Should i kill with my barch troops and save my cc for bringing some hogs/loons? or should i request a witch and bring my own loons?

My fear is that i'll run into some max wiz, and my barchers wont stand a chance.
