As the title says, I'm a mid-ranged TH8, I hit TH8 about 1.5/2 months ago and progress has been sweet - I already have about 30 skull walls and I've been upgrading troops and defenses non-stop

I was trying to push to masters, but I gave up and decided to do it later when it becomes easier - It's not that it's impossible, it's just that it's so utterly boring and time consuming that I don't want to do it because I like to play games for amusement.

When I started I farmed in Silver I and elixir was good, DE was decent but gold was bad - When I climbed up to Gold II/III I noticed a better balance for all resources and I filled up my storage buildings fast. Right now I quit going to masters at 2250 trophies and went down to Crystal III, I was wondering if I should go back to Gold III/II or maybe I should hang a bit in Crystal III or even Gold I?
