Fully Maxed TH9;

At TH10 only camps, traps, walls, heroes, spell factory and laboratory (no inferno, no xbow, no new defences);

At TH11 only lvl 9 Laboratory for new troops and Grand Warden.

Could this strategy make sense? Obviusly talking about a War perspective.
