I'm asking because in my clan we have a mix of Th's, and are now starting to see more and more Th11's even though we have none of our own. Most of our 10's have a hard enough time getting a star on other 10's, much less 11's. Is it beneficial to move up to 11 for war? Even if you are not maxed, or even close?
